Forms

This is a read-only API server that responds to GET requests with jsend. The what the form tool uses it to list, find, and inspect forms on sf.gov.

• /api/sfgov lists published forms on sf.gov
• /api/formio lists form.io forms owned by the SFDS org
  • The env query string parameter gets forms from other form.io "stages" (environments): live (default), staging, dev, test, and demo
  • /api/formio/:path gets a single form schema, and respects the env query string parameter
